Epoch received National Award from Energy Globe for the second year in a row

For the second year in a row, Epoch Energy Technology Corp is honored to have been chosen as an award winner by the Energy Globe Organization. The Energy Globe Award is considered to be one of the world’s most prestigious for renewable energy and carbon reduction.

Last year, Epoch received an Honorary National Award, in a ceremony held inside the European Parliament, for the innovative use of oxy-hydrogen as a pollution-free fuel. Out of the 853 projects submitted from 108 countries, Epoch was chosen as the only winner (of three submissions) from Taiwan.

This year, the awards were presented in the Czech Republic during a ceremony held on April 13th. The National Awards were again presented by high-ranking representatives of the European Union. This year, 769 projects were submitted from 111 countries. Epoch received a National Award for its use of this environment-friendly technology in a mobile incinerator platform, the EP-2000.

The EP-2000 is a completely self-contained incineration system built onto a mobile trailer bed. It can be easily dispatched whenever and wherever needed to safely and cleanly dispose of hazardous, medical and biological waste, eliminating the need to transport waste through residential or environmentally sensitive areas. Since it is fully automatic, it requires only 2 technicians to operate.
