Pollution is causing global warming, and unstable fuel costs are a concern to everyone. In order to resolve these problems, EPOCH had created renewable energy solutions for today and tomorrow. The Epoch Dual-Fuel System is one of Epoch major developments to help our neighbors around the world. In order to carry out Energy Saving Polity concepts, Kaohsiung Government has once again cooperated with Epoch to provide a solution.
Now Epoch has successfully installed its HHYBRID FUEL SYSTEM® in Circular Line 168 as a supplementary fuel supply system. There was an official ceremony on April 27th at the Dream Mall square with Kaohsiung Mayor Chen Chu and Transportation Bureau Director Wang, Kwo-Tsai. The Mayor stated that after calculating the increase in the overall efficiency of the Dual Fuel Buses currently in the final phase of evaluation (delivered to the Kaohsiung Government on Dec 18th, 2008), the government decided to cooperate with Epoch again. The Transportation Bureau Director also announced the Epoch systems provide both cost saving and pollution reductions which is very helping for the Environment.
The Circular Line 168 went into service on May 1, and runs in a route along the Red and Orange MRT Lines. Epoch welcomes everyone to help reduce congestion and pollution by using this bus line, and to experience the duel fuel bus.
